Bookings & memberships
Sessions can be booked as pay-as-you-go, on a monthly membership, or as a package. Memberships and packages are subject to the terms set out at the point of purchase.
Cancellations
Please give as much notice as possible if you cannot attend a booked session, so we can offer your place to someone else.
Health & safety
Your safety matters to us. Please complete the relevant health questionnaire before your first session and let your instructor know of any injuries, conditions or if you are pregnant.
